    • 1 full grapefruit (peeled)
    •1 inch ginger root
    •¼ cup ice
    •1 cup filtered water
    •1 lemon
    •1 tsp honey (or 1 pitted date)
    •1 tbsp hemp hearts
    •2 scoops Active Collagen Unflavoured
