Turmeric is a bright orange yellow spice that is in the same family as ginger. Often called a superfood, it has a long history of use due to its powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Try it in this warming, relaxing Turmeric Latte!
Ingredients:
- 1 heaping tbsp honey
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 heaping tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 scoop of Active Collagen unflavoured
- 1 chamomile tea bag
- Pinch of cinnamon to sprinkle on top
Directions:
- Combine ingredients in a pot over medium heat
- Gently boil for 2-3 minutes, stirring well.
- Top with cinnamon and serve in your favourite mug!
