    Turmeric is a bright orange yellow spice that is in the same family as ginger. Often called a superfood, it has a long history of use due to its powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Try it in this warming, relaxing Turmeric Latte!

    Ingredients:

    • 1 heaping tbsp honey
    • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
    • 1 heaping tbsp coconut oil
    • 1 cup coconut milk
    • 1 scoop of Active Collagen unflavoured
    • 1 chamomile tea bag
    • Pinch of cinnamon to sprinkle on top

    Directions:

    1. Combine ingredients in a pot over medium heat
    2. Gently boil for 2-3 minutes, stirring well.
    3. Top with cinnamon and serve in your favourite mug!
