This product does not contain irradiated rice flour, artificial preservatives, colours or sweeteners; no corn, dairy, gluten, soy, wheat or yeast. GLUTEN-FREE.
Take 2 capsules with breakfast and dinner. Not to be taken immeadiately before bedtime.
Do not use if you are pregnant or have bipolar disorder/bipolar spectrum disorder. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or prior to use if you are breastfeeding; taking antidepressant medication, hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or birth control pills; or if you have any type of acute infection. Consumption with alcohol, drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. May cause irritability and insomnia, in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
Rhodiola enhances mental and physical performance and is very powerful at supporting the adrenals.
Suma is called "para todo" which means "for everything". It is considered a regenerative tonic.
Schisandra berry is commonly used as a general tonic. It counters the effects of stress and fatigue. It improves physical endurance, mental capability and is liver-protective. Schisandra berry has also been found to have antioxidant and antibacterial properties.
