As we age, the rate of collagen breakdown surpasses collagen production, which leads to an overall decrease in collagen levels in the dermis. Skin becomes thinner. At the same time, collagen becomes disorganized and loses elasticity. Fortunately, we can boost the benefits of collagen by adding it to the menu.

- 1.5 cups almond milk
- 2 scoops Smart Solutions Active Collagen (Unflavoured)
- 1 pear, cored and cubed
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower florets
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
Blend well on high for 30-50 seconds, pour into your favourite glass and enjoy!
