These peanut butter + chocolate energy bites are packed full of flavour and nutrients thanks to all-star ingredients like chia seeds which are rich in fibre, minerals, antioxidants, and omega-3s.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 1 scoop of Active Collagen unflavoured
- 1-2 tbsp flax seed (ground)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 tbsp mini chocolate chips
- Cinnamon to taste
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in food processor, roll into balls and enjoy!
