Sunshine in a Glass

We love ginger! Rich in antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties (both of which support a healthy immune system), ginger is known to help reduce gas and improve digestion. Blend it up with a few other great ingredients and enjoy Sunshine in a Glass.

Ingredients:

  • 1 peeled grapefruit
  • 1 peeled orange
  • ¼ inch fresh turmeric (or 1 tsp turmeric spice)
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp raw honey

Directions:

Blend well with ½ fresh water. Enjoy!
